CMC Steel contacted Wonderdog Productions to design and produce this masthead and newsletters. Comps were presented with the Billeton masthead and the one chosen was with masthead at an angle.
The word billeton was created for the name of the newsletters and is based on the word billet.
Definition of Billet:
A semi-finished long product of up to 150 mm square cross-section with round corners. Billets can be continuously cast or hot rolled from either ingots or larger concast billets and blooms. They are re-rolled or forged into other forms. |
